Get ready to play like the pros! MLP and DUPR are thrilled to present Minor League Pickleball presented by MLP. Now, select MLP events include amateur team tournaments, so YOU and your squad can join the action. Winners in each Division will earn a Dream Ticket and automatically qualify for the 2024 The Dink Minor League Pickleball National Championship in Fenton, MO (Dec 13-15).
MiLP at MLP Events offer players:
– player’s courtside pass to MLP during their competition day
– additional discount code for friends and family courtside passes
– discount code for additional days of attendance
– opportunity to earn a Dream Ticket to the National Championship
– earn MiLP at MLP medals for 1st thru 3rd
– earn points towards The Dink Minor League Pickleball National Leaderboard
– players will engage in special contests for opportunities to earn MLP swag
– additional event opportunities, to be announced!

FORMAT
Minor League Pickleball is an innovative team competition where teams of 4 players (2 women and 2 men) compete against each other in an engaging format, with twists on traditional match-ups and scoring for games, matches, and tiebreakers. Teams compete against each other in Matches using the MLPlay™ format, playing just as the pros play! To learn more: dupr.com/minorleague
DUPR Divisions
DUPR 20 Maximum team aggregate is 20.900
DUPR 18 Maximum team aggregate is 18.300.
*Maximum individual player rating is 5.100 at registration.
DUPR 16 Maximum team aggregate is 16.300.
*Maximum individual player rating is 4.600 at registration.
DUPR 14 Maximum team aggregate is 14.300.
*Maximum individual player rating is 4.100 at registration.
DUPR 12 Maximum team aggregate is 12.300.
*Maximum individual player rating is 3.600 at registration.
Once a team registers for a Minor League Pickleball event, their ratings are “locked” and their DUPR increasing or decreasing will not impact the team’s aggregate or division placement. If you are a NR (not rated) player, your rating will be set to the average rating of the division you sign up for.
To sign up for any Minor League Pickleball event, a DUPR account is required at the time of registration. Not rated players can play; however, their estimated rating will be verified by the tournament director.
Single Registrations
If you are registering as a single registration but are already part of a team, please notate Team Name AND the DUPR Division. For example, “Mad Drops – 18.”
If you want to play in the Minor League Pickleball event but are unable to form a team, the tournament director will do their best to place you on a team. For players that are not placed, thus not playing the event, their registration fees will be refunded minus the Stripe Fee and processing fees.
Substitute Players
A team that needs a player substitute can either edit their team by signing into Swish and making the edits themselves or a player may submit the player substitute information directly to the tournament organizer. Substitute player’s DUPR may not cause the established team’s aggregate to go over max event’s aggregate.
To sign up for any Minor League event, a DUPR account is required at the time of registration. Not rated players can play, however their estimated rating will be verified by the tournament director. All players must join the Minor League Pickleball DUPR Digital Club via their DUPR app. SWISH App download with DUPR linked is also required.
